FAQ – Installation of the Telair Ultra Comfort 6000 air conditioner
Is my motorhome from 2020 or older compatible?
No. Motorhomes built before 2021 are currently not compatible. An engine hose blocks the required space. Teleco is working on a solution, but there is no confirmed date yet.
Is the Teleco TI 1500 SI-ACT inverter included?
No, the inverter is not included in the price.
Do I need an inverter?
Not necessarily.
If you are connected to 220V at a campsite, you do not need an inverter.
An inverter is only needed if you want to use the air conditioner while driving or off-grid.
Inverters from other brands can also work.
Can I use the air conditioner on battery power?
Yes, but only with a powerful lithium battery. It is not recommended with a standard battery.
What is the warranty period?
2 years, including parts and labour.
