Small 100mm x 150mm Vapour Expansion tank for use as a secondary backup to flash off any liquid that might leave your gas vapour tank or bottle before it enters the regulator or vapour system.
Tank is steel, powder coated and is approximately 100mm x 150mm in size.
Expansion Tank (1/4"Fx1/4"F) (D=10cm, H=15cm)
- With the expansion tank you prevent liquid gas from entering your appliances
- To be used in combination with a fixed vapor tank (for motorhomes or sales vehicles)
- Can be mounted vertically
- Input and output 1/4" female thread
- The expansion vessel must be mounted higher than the vapor tank itself.
- To be mounted between copper pipe or 67R01 homologated PVC pipe (you can order the couplings under the matching products)
Assembly instructions:
It is important that the inlet is located at the bottom and the outlet at the top. The expansion tank should preferably be mounted vertically. If you mount the expansion tank horizontally, you will not be able to utilize its full capacity.
It is better to mount the tank higher than the vapor tank itself, but this is not mandatory (you can do it only if it is technically possible, of course).
You should mount the expansion tank between the vapor tank and your pressure regulator. This can be done with 8 mm copper pipes, 10 mm copper pipes or PVC pipes. The couplings can be ordered separately (see related products below).

The expansion tank bears a CE mark.
