The Flashlube Valve Saver Kit Series 2 is the latest valve lubrication system from the Australian market leader. This automatic valve protection safeguards your engine against valve wear when using LPG, CNG or petrol. The system contains 1 liter of TÜV-approved Valve Saver Fluid, a lead replacement additive that optimally lubricates and protects valves and valve seats.

Why use a valve lubrication system?
When driving on autogas or natural gas, the lead replacement additives present in petrol are absent. These additives normally protect valves and cylinder head against wear. The Flashlube Kit automatically injects protective fluid into the intake manifold, optimally lubricating all engine components. This prevents pre-ignition, extends engine life and saves costly repairs.
Application and compatibility
The lubrication system is suitable for all LPG passenger cars, CNG vehicles, forklifts and agricultural machinery. For turbo engines, we recommend the electronic variant.
Installation and adjustment
Mount the kit under the engine hood with the supplied bracket. Adjust the drip rate to approximately 10 drops per minute at idle. The LED indicator warns when refilling is needed via the sight glass. Preferably use a distributor for optimal distribution across all cylinders.
