Flat ACME LPG External Filler with Straight Connection for Filling Hose:

• Connection for filling hose with 1/2" SAE external thread.
• Includes ACME filling nozzle 180001 with a thread size of 22 mm (W21.8 to be precise).
• To be mounted on the bodywork or in the trunk (next to the bottles) using a bracket.
• Requires a 29 mm diameter hole in the bodywork; the external filler has a depth of 60 mm.
• Dimensions of the external filler: 50x50 mm on the outside.

Fitting instructions

For the installation of the LPG external filler, a total of 5 holes need to be drilled:

• One large hole for the installation of the filler. Use a 28 mm hole saw for this (30 mm is also possible, but we prefer 28 mm).
• Four 6 mm holes for the screws to secure the filler. A label is provided with the external filler. First, stick this label on; it indicates the position of the holes. Drill the holes exactly as indicated. After drilling, the label can be removed.
