Thermoplastic LPG hose 8mm DN6

• Flexible high pressure gas pipe is used to carry liquid LPG from the autogas fillpoint from the outside of the vehicle to the 80% shut off filling valve on the tank.
• You can also use this thermoplastic pipe to connect the multivalve to the reducer. The 8mm thermoplastic pipe is a standard on vehicles with higher power (over 140KW).
• This plastic pipe requires the correct separately purchased 3 piece fully approved pipe ends to make it 8mm. The ends are easily assembled using hand tools.
• DN6 hose replaces the copper pipe - the equivalent of 8mm.
• Its flexibility simplifies installation and excludes the danger of stenosis of the internal flow, which can occur when too much bending the traditional copper hose.

INSTRUCTION TO ASSEMBLE FLEXIBLE HOSE

• Cut the hose edge in a perpendicular way. Verify that there is no residual of protective covering. Position the nut and the bicone
• Block the connection in a vise. Position the hose on the connection edge. Push strongly the hose against the shoulder of the connection tective covering. Position the nut and the bicone
• Push the bicone against the shoulder of the connection
• Screw the nut on the connection against the shoulder of the connection

GENERAL INDICATION

• Tightening torque for the connections with a 18 mm wrench must be between 28 and 30 Nm
• Tightening torque for the connections with a 16 mm wrench must be between 23 and 25 Nm
• The minimun bending ray for the hoses with an external diameter of 12,2 mm is of 35 mm
• The minimun bending ray for the hoses with an external diameter of 9,6 mm is of 25 mm
• Do not place the hoses next to heat sources which are at more than 125°C
• We suggest to fasten the hoses with clamps every 50 cm
• We suggest to test the installation after assemblage 

Can be used as a replacement hose for the following LPG thermoplastic pipes:

• FARO DN6 E13-67R-010299 with internal diameter 6,5 mm x external diameter 12,2 mm
• OMB E7 DN6 T.O. 67R- 7 019121 24 class 1 I2 ONLY LPG with internal diameter 6,5 mm x external diameter 12,2 mm
