OMVL Engine Kit LPG 4 Cylinder Direct Injection - Complete Conversion Kit with AEB3000B ECU, CPR Reducer and OMVL Injectors

Professional LPG conversion kit specifically developed for direct injection petrol engines. This OMVL engine kit provides a complete solution for LPG conversion of modern 4-cylinder engines equipped with FSI, TFSI, TSI, GDI or THP technology.

Complete Kit Contents

This professional LPG conversion kit contains all essential components for reliable installation. The AEB3000B ECU forms the heart of the system and ensures precise control of LPG injection. The CPR reducer (vaporizer) with integrated electric solenoid valve guarantees optimal gas vaporization at all temperatures. The high-quality OMVL injectors are specially designed for sequential gas injection and ensure perfect dosing. The kit is supplied complete with all necessary hoses and mounting materials.

Important note: The copper pipe from tank to reducer is not included and must be ordered separately.

Advanced Technology for Direct Injection

The OMVL Dream Direct Injection system is specifically developed for modern direct injection petrol engines. In these engines, the fuel injection system injects petrol directly into the combustion chamber, unlike conventional engines. The LPG conversion system injects the gas into the intake manifold, preserving the original engine operation. The AEB3000B control unit communicates via OBD diagnostics with the original engine ECU and calculates the optimal LPG injection time based on petrol injection signals, rail pressure, engine temperature and RPM.

Key Benefits

LPG conversion offers significant fuel savings with up to 50% lower costs per kilometer. Autogas is much cheaper than petrol and more environmentally friendly with reduced CO2 emissions and less particulate matter. The system complies with Euro 4 and Euro 5 emission standards. The engine retains its original performance and switching between LPG and petrol happens automatically and imperceptibly while driving. Your vehicle's range is significantly increased thanks to the dual fuel tank system.

Professional Installation Required

This LPG conversion kit must be installed by a certified LPG installer who has the necessary knowledge and certification for gas installations. The installer ensures correct calibration of the system and provides the required inspection documents. After installation, a vehicle inspection is required where the LPG installation is checked and approved.

Maintenance and Reliability

The OMVL LPG system is known for its reliability and long service life. Regular maintenance is essential: the gas filter should be replaced annually and the reducer requires inspection every 50,000 kilometers. The LPG tank must be inspected every 10 years in accordance with legal requirements. With proper maintenance, this system provides years of trouble-free driving pleasure.
