Lovato Smart ExR is a new generation system, and although it is still a 4th generation LPG system, ExR is a breakthrough to new standards in fourth generation automotive gas systems. The fact is that the Lovato ExR is the heir to the Lovato DI direct injection vehicle systems. When developing a system for direct injection cars, Lovato engineers decided to bring some of these developments into systems for cars with distributed fuel injection (LPG 4 generations), and the result was Lovato ExR - an absolutely evolutionary system that gives installers amazing new tools for tuning LPG systems. Now only changing the indicator light on the gas system switch tells the driver the type of fuel used. Gas is the same as gasoline. Jerks when changing fuel - what are you talking about? Forget it.
Lovato ExR is specially designed to effectively protect engines when using gas. And ExR is even better than the specially created additive Flash Lube for this purpose.
The software of the SMART ExR blocks allows you to confidently work with the most problematic cars.
A new generation processor and new gas and petrol injector control keys allow smooth control of the fuel change for each injector separately. In addition, the system constantly monitors the current of the gas injector and can change the algorithm of its operation, depending on external factors.
Despite the fact that the Lovato SMART ExR kit belongs to the mid-price category, its capabilities are much greater than even more expensive kits from other brands.
The SMART ExR kit is designed for 3-4-cylinder engines with sequential petrol injection. ECU (electronic control unit) SMART ExR is equipped with a diagnostic system for each component of LPG equipment, which simplifies troubleshooting and facilitates maintenance.
Also, the SMART ExR ECU has an automatic calibration tool for all engine operating modes, which greatly simplifies the system setup and leads to a decrease in gas consumption.
