Horizontal LPG Petrol/Gas Selector Switch with Primer Button for Classic Car Systems

Restore functionality to your LPG system

Keep your classic vehicle running smoothly with this durable Petrol/Gas changeover switch. Designed specifically for traditional, aspirated LPG conversions, this switch allows you to toggle effortlessly between fuel sources. Whether you are restoring a classic car or maintaining an LPG forklift, this horizontal switch ensures reliable operation and a clean dashboard fit.

Easy starting with integrated choke

This unit features a dual-control interface. The main black rocker switch allows you to select between G (Gas/LPG) and B (Benzine/Petrol). Below the selector is a dedicated white choke button (primer). Pressing this button momentarily opens the gas solenoids to prime the engine, ensuring a quick and reliable cold start on gas—a must-have feature for older carburetor engines.

Key Features and Benefits

  • Dual Fuel Control: Clear G and B markings on the rocker switch for instant fuel mode identification.

  • Primer Function: Integrated white push-button to actuate the choke/primer solenoid for cold weather starting.

  • Horizontal Orientation: Designed to be mounted horizontally, fitting standard cutouts in many vintage dashboards.

  • Versatile Application: Perfect replacement for broken switches in Landi Renzo, Lovato, or generic classic LPG kits.

  • Robust Construction: Built to withstand frequent switching and daily wear.

Installation and Compatibility

This 3-way switch connects via standard spade terminals on the rear. It typically controls the petrol shut-off valve and the LPG lock-off valves. Upgrading to this new switch eliminates intermittent contact issues often found in aged components, ensuring your LPG system performs safely and consistently.
