Bigas Rail 6/V6C FAST 2.0/2.5/3.0 with Water Connection - Complete LPG CNG Injector Rail for 6 Cylinder and V6 Engines

Overview of the FAST injector rail with water heating

The Bigas Rail 6/V6C FAST with water connection is an innovative LPG injector rail and CNG injector rail specially designed for 6 cylinder engines and V6 configurations. This complete injector kit comes with fittings, temperature sensor and represents the latest generation of LPG injectors. The unique water heating system ensures optimal performance and extended lifespan.

Adjustable nozzle sizes and engine compatibility

The FAST injector features a standard flow rate of 3.0 mm adjustable with different nozzles. 2.0 mm and 2.5 mm nozzles are included as standard:

  • 2.0 mm nozzle: three cylinders 1000-1200 cc, four cylinders 1200-1400 cc, five cylinders up to 2000 cc, six cylinders 2000-2100 cc
  • 2.5 mm nozzle: three cylinders above 1200 cc, four cylinders 1500-1800 cc, five cylinders 2000-2400 cc, six cylinders 2200-2800 cc, eight cylinders 3600-4000 cc
  • 3.0 mm nozzle: four cylinders above 2000 cc, five cylinders above 2500 cc, six cylinders from 3100 cc, eight cylinders from 4100 cc

Benefits of water heating

The integrated water heating system is a major innovation. By connecting the injector to the engine cooling circuit, it is constantly heated. This offers crucial advantages: the heated injector lasts significantly longer, contamination and clogging are minimized, and sludge passes through more easily. The injector doesn't stick and the LPG system functions optimally.

Installation and usage

Mount the Bigas FAST rail near the engine injectors and connect all gas supply lines with the supplied fittings. Connect the water connection to your engine's existing cooling circuit for automatic heating. The temperature sensor regulates gas supply based on operating temperature. You can replace the nozzles or drill them for custom adjustment to your engine specifications.
