Introduction The IMPCO Adapter A1-57 Unidapt is an aluminum hood designed to mount an IMPCO arm onto a carburetor. The purpose of this is to facilitate the placement of a 300A mixer next to the carburetor.

Assembly This hood is mounted onto a carburetor using a suitable adapter (A1-61). It has one central attachment point on the carburetor and 4 attachment points for the extension arm.

Application This hood is ideal for American classic cars such as Chevrolet, Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Cadillac, etc. It is specifically designed to be used in conjunction with an IMPCO 300A mixer, facilitating LPG driving.

Please note: The hood should be placed on top of the car's carburetor. Different adapters are needed depending on the type of carburetor so that the whole assembly fits together well. Additionally, the arm needs to be supported by brackets that are attached to the end piece (A1-63) Unidapt. Attachment to the carburetor alone is not sufficient.
