The AEB SA143 is a professional injector cut-off kit specially developed for 3-cylinder engines with Bosch petrol injectors. This shut-off set makes it possible to automatically switch off the petrol injectors when the engine runs on LPG or CNG, preventing dual fuel supply. This system is essential for correct operation of modern LPG installations and prevents spark plug fouling, irregular engine running and increased fuel consumption.

Function and operation
With LPG conversions, it is necessary to switch off the petrol injection when the engine runs on gas, otherwise the engine would inject petrol and gas simultaneously. The AEB SA143 cut-off kit is installed between the engine computer (ECU) and the petrol injectors. When the vehicle runs on LPG, the kit intercepts the injection signals from the petrol ECU and sends them to the LPG computer instead of to the petrol injectors. This way, the petrol computer thinks the injectors are still working (preventing error codes), but in reality only gas is injected. This is also called an injector emulator or injector simulator.
Installation and use
The cut-off kit is mounted between the ECU connector and the injectors of the 3-cylinder engine. Connect the cables according to the supplied installation diagram specific to Bosch systems. Connect the kit to the LPG computer so it can switch between petrol mode and gas mode. After installation, test that the petrol injectors are correctly switched off on gas and that no error codes appear in the petrol ECU. Check that the engine starts smoothly on petrol and switches to gas without problems.
