Important: Installation Instructions & Preparation

These tanks are frequently used to replace the original tanks under a Mercedes Sprinter. Please follow these steps to ensure success:

1. Measure first: Every chassis layout is different. Verify before ordering that the dimensions of these tanks fit the available space under your vehicle. The displayed length is without the valve. You must add approx. 7 cm for the CNG valve.

2. Use the new valves: Use the valves supplied with these new tanks.

3. Adapt the piping: The original Mercedes steel pipe is rigid and will not fit directly.

   • Interconnect the new tanks using universal steel piping (see Related Products).

   • Cut the original Mercedes supply line.

   • Connect it to the new piping system using a compression fitting/connector.

4. Warning: This is not a "plug-and-play" replacement. Due to the modifications required on high-pressure lines, this installation must only be performed by a certified professional.
