Application and benefits
This autogas tank is perfect for those who want to convert their vehicle to LPG or bifuel but have no space for a toroidal tank in the spare wheel well. The cylindrical tank offers flexible mounting options and can be installed horizontally or vertically in the trunk or under the vehicle. With 60 litres capacity, this LPG cylinder tank offers excellent driving range for LPG vehicles. The compact diameter of 300 mm makes the tank suitable for various vehicles where space must be used optimally. The tank is suitable for propane and butane and complies with strict European safety regulations. The cylindrical shape is ideal when the spare wheel space is not suitable for a toroidal tank or when you prefer boot mounting.
Multivalve connection and installation
The tank is prepared for mounting a multivalve that integrates the 80% fill protection, level measurement, pressure relief valve and electric take-off tap. The multivalve must be ordered separately. For installation, tank brackets or mounting straps are necessary to securely fix the cylinder tank. The gas extraction is done via connections suitable for 6mm or 8mm LPG pipe. When mounting in the boot, the tank must be properly secured with certified fixing materials. Professional installation by an approved LPG installer is mandatory according to regulations. The installer determines the best mounting position and ensures correct filling line and extraction line. Keep the supplied tank certificate carefully for inspections and MOT testing.
