Key Specifications

  • Capacity: 100 L

  • Dimensions: Ø 360 mm × length 1099 mm

  • Year of manufacture: 2004

  • Application: liquid withdrawal only

  • Limitations: not for heating or cooking

  • Condition: used (secondhand)

  • Intended use: vehicular use only

Advantages & Considerations

  • Lower cost compared to a new tank

  • Structure already built, possibly immediately usable

  • Thorough inspection of welds, fittings, interior wall and integrity recommended

  • Ensure physical fit within your vehicle’s space

  • Confirm compatibility with existing LPG fittings, valves, multi-valve assemblies

Installation & Operation

  • Securely mount using sturdy brackets or straps

  • Provide adequate ventilation and safe vapor venting

  • Connect to your LPG system via a dip tube / liquid withdrawal line

  • Professional installation is strongly recommended

  • Perform leak checks before first use

Operating Principle

  • The tank operates via liquid withdrawal: LPG in liquid form is drawn via an internal dip line

  • Internal pressure must be preserved to support liquid flow

  • Excessive withdrawal rate may cause pressure drop and performance issues

  • Maintaining temperature (avoiding cooling) helps preserve pressure

  • Withdrawal should stay within safe limits of the tank / piping

Usage & Safety

  • Only suitable for vehicles equipped with LPG systems

  • Unsuitable for cooking or heating in motorhomes or desktop applications

  • Ensure all safety valves, check valves and relief devices are present and functional

  • Do not place in enclosed, poorly ventilated spaces

  • Respect safe distances to heat sources and follow mounting guidelines
