Rotarex 80% Fill Valve with Elbow for 12L LPG Cylinder Ø 230mm 0° Vertical

This premium 80% fill valve by Rotarex SRG is engineered specifically for small, vertical LPG cylinders with a diameter of 230 mm, such as the 12 litre bottles from GZWM. Essential for safety, this mechanical fill limiter (Type 3340 c) automatically stops the refueling process when the bottle reaches 80% capacity. This is a Fast Filling version, ensuring a very quick refill time at the pump.

Compatibility Designed for a 0 degree position, this valve allows for vertical filling only (bottle standing upright). The valve points straight up. It is strictly not suitable for horizontal tanks or angled mounting.

Technical Specifications Comes complete with a brass elbow for easy connection to the filler hose.

• Type: Mechanical fill stop with float.

• Position: 0° (Straight up, vertical use).

• Tank Diameter: 230 mm (Specific for 12L bottles).

• Cylinder Connection (C): 3/4 - 14 NPT conical (Teflon pre-applied). Torque: 100 Nm (+ rotation for alignment).

Installation Guide Proper orientation is critical for the float mechanism. The TOP mark on the hex nut must align exactly with the float axis. Always use the correct tools and adhere to the specified torque settings.
