Rotarex 80% Fill Valve with Elbow for Cylindrical LPG Tanks Ø 265-375 mm 52° Fast Filling

Ensure maximum safety and efficiency with this Rotarex SRG (Ceodeux) 80% fill valve. This mechanical fill limiter (Type 3340 c) automatically shuts off the gas flow when the tank reaches 80% capacity. It is expertly engineered for cylindrical LPG tanks (4-hole arrangement) with diameters ranging from 265 mm to 375 mm, making it a universal fit for 270, 300, 315, and 360 mm tanks. The Fast Filling feature significantly reduces refueling time. Please note: The 52° valve angle is designed for standard automotive tanks and is not suitable for vapor tanks (which require 105°).

Specifications and Installation Guide The kit includes a brass valve and an elbow for the filling hose connection. Correct orientation is vital for the float mechanism; the TOP mark on the hex nut must align with the float axis.

• Application: 4-hole LPG tank (cylindrical) with appendage plate.

• Tank Connection (C): 3/4 - 14 NPT conical thread. Torque: 100 Nm (+ rotation for alignment).

• Hose Connection (A): 3/4 - 16UNF 2A (1/2 SAE FLARE) via the elbow. Base torque 51 Nm (max 70 Nm).

• Angle: 52° (angled upwards).

• Approvals: E8 67R 01 1328 CE0029 Class 3.

• Material: Robust brass construction.
