This versatile 80% fill valve from Rotarex SRG (formerly Ceodeux) is the ideal component for your LPG toroidal tank (spare wheel tank). Acting as a mechanical fill limiter (Type 3340 c), it automatically stops gas flow ensuring safety. While specifically calibrated for 4-hole ring tanks with a 600 mm diameter (height 200-270 mm), it functions as a universal fill valve. It can be safely used in larger diameter ring tanks; in such cases, the valve will simply shut off slightly earlier than 80%, providing an extra safety margin. The valve features a 52° mounting angle, pointing diagonally upwards on the appendage plate. The Fast Filling specification ensures a quick refueling process.

Specifications and Installation Guide The package includes the brass valve body and an elbow for connecting the filling hose. Precise orientation is essential for the float mechanism; always ensure the TOP mark on the hex nut aligns with the float axis.

• Hose Connection (A): 3/4 - 16UNF 2A (1/2 SAE FLARE) via elbow. Base torque 51 Nm (max 70 Nm).

• Certification: Homologation E8 67R 01 1328 CE0029 Class 3.
