Details

Introduction Are you looking for a reliable pump to transfer liquid gas from one tank to another? Our LPG transfer pump offers a solution to your needs, boasting over 30 years of proven reliability and outstanding performance.

Technical Specifications This LPG transfer pump operates at 220 Volts and has a flow rate of 2 liters per minute at a pressure of 13-14 bar. The pump comes with a filling gun (Italian connection) and the necessary fittings to connect the pump to your LPG tank for emptying.

Pump Connections

  1. Pressure gauge: Shows outgoing pressure
  2. Inlet: For connecting the supply hose
  3. Lever: For manual operation, downward movement activates the pump
  4. Outlet: For connecting the discharge hose
  5. Return line: For excess gas

Safety Measures Our pump is equipped with a flow protection system that automatically shuts off the gas flow in the absence of withdrawal. If this comes into operation, you can use a strong magnet to open the electric drain valve.

Important Notes It's crucial to always monitor the pump and ensure that liquid gas is being pumped. If the pump gets warm without withdrawal or if only vapor remains, it can get damaged.

Please note that this pump is not homologated for pressurized gases and is only suitable for recognized LPG installers or other professional users familiar with the risks of LPG. It is not intended for private use.

Safe Use For safe use of the pump, follow these recommendations:

  • Check for leaks by first pumping water.
  • The pump is only for transferring liquid gas and should always stay in the liquid phase of the gas. It is not suitable for CNG.
  • Use the pump exclusively outdoors, never in a confined space or near a pit or basement.
  • Ensure the gas tank you are emptying is clean to avoid polluting the pump.
  • Only use pipes and hoses that are approved for a pressure of at least 30 bar.
