The Prins ValveCare-3 Reservoir is a high-quality valve lubricant tank of 600 ml, specially designed for the Prins ValveCare system. This reservoir contains Valve Saver fluid that protects your valves and valve seats against wear when driving on LPG or CNG. The fluid tank is supplied complete with cap, connections and a built-in level sensor that indicates when the reservoir is empty.

Why a replacement tank?

This replacement reservoir is ideal when your original valve lubricant tank is damaged or the sensor no longer functions. The ValveCare system protects your engine against valve wear by automatically injecting valve protection fluid into the fuel system. The level indicator warns the driver via the dashboard when the fluid needs refilling, so your valves remain optimally protected at all times.

Installation and use

The reservoir mounts under the engine hood with the supplied mounting materials. Connect the supply hose to the valve lubrication system and the sensor to the ECU. Fill the reservoir with Prins Valve Saver Fluid up to the maximum marking. The sensor automatically detects a low fluid level and activates a warning. Regularly check the level glass and refill with suitable valve lubricant. The system ensures continuous protection of your LPG engine and prevents costly engine repairs.
