Tank Bracket Set LPG-Cylinder Tanks 450mm

  • 2x Upper bracket half-shells (envelopes the gas tank)
  • 1x bag of small parts
• Application: For LPG-Cylinder Tank (LPG vapor tank) with a tank diameter of 450 mm. Adhere to RDW installation requirements for proper and safe installation.

To order separately: insulation

• The insulation material prevents metal contact between the LPG tank and the brackets.
• Use the self-adhesive foam or the black plastic (available under associated products).

Installation Instructions:

1. Position the bottom half of the bracket set so the outer sides of the clamps are within the weld seams of the gas tank (refer to RDW certificate).
2. Attach the bottom halves with four M10 8.8 bolts (per bracket) and secure with class 8 nuts (ISO4032, taller nut height).
3. Place the gas tank in the bottom halves with the insulation material in between.
4. Take note of the marking (cross with arrow) for correct positioning.
5. Set the top halves of the bracket set over the gas tank and secure with two M12 bolts, class 8.8.
6. The tank attachment is now complete. No modifications to the bracket set are allowed.
