Overview
The Icom JTG 4 cylinder ECU 70304506 is a control unit for Icom JTG LPG systems designed for 4 cylinder engines. This ECU is the current replacement unit for older Icom JTG installations where the original control unit is no longer available. The 70301001 ECU is the older version and is no longer manufactured.

This Icom JTG ECU is intended for 4 cylinder Icom JTG LPG systems. It is used to replace an older ECU on existing systems while maintaining a suitable control solution for the JTG platform.
Important replacement information
Replacing the old Icom 70301001 ECU with the 70304506 is not a direct 1-to-1 replacement. When fitting a UCE01 version V05, the wiring must be modified to ensure correct ECU operation.
Technical description
On a first-generation JTG system, an additional wire must be fitted to pin 26 of the UCE01 connector and connected to ground.
On a JTG New system with an NTC temperature sensor, connector A must be connected to the sensor.
If the NTC sensor is not connected, connector B part number 16042900 must be inserted into connector A to provide the ECU with the required ground connection.
