AEB Polymer Injector Nozzle D2.6 Grey - 2.6mm Calibration Nozzle for High-Performance EVO LPG Injectors

The AEB polymer injector nozzle with a diameter of 2.6 mm is the largest calibration nozzle with grey colour coding for use in very powerful LPG injectors. This spray nozzle is manufactured from high-quality polymer material and is compatible with AEB RP2SU, RP3SU and RP4SU injector rails, as well as with Landi Renzo EVO and King sequential gas systems. The nozzle is supplied with O-ring seal for a leak-proof connection and is part of fourth generation LPG installations.

Technical specifications

  • Internal diameter: 2.6 mm
  • Colour coding: Grey
  • Material: Polymer (plastic)
  • External diameter: 5.8 mm
  • Compatibility: AEB RP2SU, RP3SU, RP4SU injector rails
  • Included: O-ring seal
  • Type: Calibration nozzle for 4th generation systems

Application table per cylinder

The 2.6 mm nozzle is suitable for the most powerful engines with maximum power outputs and largest cylinder capacity according to the table below:

  • 440-500cc cylinders: Over 25 kW per cylinder
  • Cylinders above 500cc: 20-25 kW and over 25 kW per cylinder

This grey nozzle is ideal for very powerful engines, high-performance applications and engines requiring maximum gas flow. The 2.6 mm diameter is the largest standard size and specifically designed for large cylinder capacity with very high engine power, such as V6, V8 and larger engines.

Installation and use

The injector nozzle is placed in the LPG injector and determines the amount of LPG gas metered to the engine via the injector rail. Always replace all nozzles simultaneously and use the same diameter for all cylinders for optimal gas distribution, smooth engine running and maximum performance. When changing the nozzle size, the software of the LPG computer must be adjusted via calibration and mapping to ensure optimal performance, correct fuel consumption, excellent gas response and correct air-gas mixture. When in doubt, check the passage diameter of your current nozzles with a calibrated drill bit, especially if they may have been reamed by an LPG specialist.

Important advice

Preferably use the same nozzle diameter as your original nozzles. When choosing a different size, professional recalibration via diagnostic software is absolutely necessary. This large diameter requires precise adjustment for optimal operation.
