IMPCO LPG Kit for Direct Installation on V8 Carburetors larger than 5L for American Classics like Chevrolet, Ford, Chrysler
The IMPCO LPG Kit is ideal for converting your American classic car to LPG. Designed for V8 engines larger than 5L, it is compatible with brands like Chevrolet, Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Cadillac, and GMC. This kit includes the IMPCO 300A mixer and the IMPCO Model E vaporizer, ensuring optimal performance. Manufactured by IMPCO in Cerritos, California, the system installs easily on top of the gasoline carburetor using a specific adapter.
Kit Contents:
- IMPCO Model E vaporizer, including fittings
- Valtek 06 gas shutoff valve with large passage, including fittings
- IMPCO 300A mixer (Type CA300AM-50-2) with gaskets and choke cable
- Air filter with cover plate and crankcase ventilation connection
- Adapter for mounting the mixer on the carburetor
- 1 meter IMPCO gas hose Ø1 inch (Ø25mm)
- LPG switch with LED indicator and internal safety relay (type AEB722A)
- 5-pole relay for gas shutoff valves
- Gasoline shutoff valve
- 6 meters of LPG tubing plastic XD-4
- Gasoline hose Ø8mm internal
- Water hose ID Ø15mm
- Water T-fittings and hose clamps

Usage Instructions:
This LPG installation is designed for direct mounting on V8 carburetors with enough space between the carburetor and hood. For vehicles with insufficient space, we recommend the IMPCO Motorset with arm, which places the gas mixer beside the carburetor.
