Complete Set of LPG Tank Fittings

For optimal performance and safety of your LPG tank, we offer a complete set of fittings, including:

  • Manual shut-off valve with Shell external thread: Allows manual control of gas flow and safe closure of the tank.
  • Tank gauge with 4 bolts (without dial): Enables precise measurement of the LPG level in the tank.
  • 80% fill valve with elbow for filling hose: Ensures safe and efficient filling of the tank up to 80% of its capacity to prevent overpressure.
  • Overpressure valve 27 bar: Provides additional safety by releasing excess pressure to prevent damage.

Not included, available separately:

  • Dial for tank gauge: Allows direct reading of the LPG level on the tank.
  • Transmitter and LED display: Enables internal LPG level monitoring in your camper so you can check the gas level without inspecting the tank physically.
  • Tank enclosure: Protects the fittings from external influences and ensures a neat and safe installation.

Advantages of this set:

  • Easy installation: All components are designed for seamless integration with your LPG tank.
  • Enhanced safety: The combination of the manual shut-off valve and the overpressure valve ensures the safe operation of your LPG system.
  • Precise monitoring: The tank gauge helps track the LPG level accurately, assisting in planning refills and preventing unexpected gas shortages.

Important Installation Instructions:

  1. Installation of the 80% fill valve:

    • Install the fill valve first on the tank.
    • Use a torque wrench and tighten the valve with a maximum force of 100 Newton meters.
    • Ensure the "TOP" position is facing upwards for correct operation.
  2. Installation of the tank gauge:

    • Install the tank gauge only after the 80% fill valve is mounted.
    • Ensure that the "TOP" position is also facing upwards, as incorrect orientation will cause the float to function improperly.
  3. Installation of the manual shut-off valve: Attach the shut-off valve with the Shell external thread to the designated connection on the LPG tank. Ensure a firm and leak-proof connection.

  4. Installation of the overpressure valve: Screw the overpressure valve onto the designated port of the tank to safely release excess pressure.
